The Ferrovial Gamuda Joint Venture faced critical delays on the Coffs Harbour Bypass when their primary barrier supplier collapsed, leaving them without crews or specialist equipment. Compounding the issue, Tier 1 requirements demanded scarce plant including ejector Moxys and D10 dozers, which other contractors were unable to source. Without an immediate solution, project delivery milestones and compliance obligations were at risk.
